Philippine law restricts ownership of land to Philippine nationals or Philippine corporations. Residential highrise condominiums and office condominiums are generally recognized as the only properties available for purchase by Non-Philippine nationals.
So:
Can a Non-Filipino own a house in the Philippines?

Most people will tell you that the answer is "no". But they are wrong!
Even real estate agents have been conditioned by high rise developers to believe that the only residential properties that non-Filipinos can own are high rise residential properties.

99% of all properties are reserved for filipinos, but there are a few houses that can be bought and sold by foreign nationals.  These properties have often been specifically designed to comply with Philippine law in form and in spirit, so that foreign nationals or foreign companies can own houses for themselves or for their employees.

As a non-Filipino  Citizen, you can own a very nice California style house in a House# 5 Corinthian Villasvery nice community.
No gimicks, no fishy deals, no scams, no lawyers, no special accounts, no special programs, and you don't have to be married to a Filipino national. You just own it. And you can own it in your own name. Yes, solely in your own name.

foreeign ownership allowed by lawIf you have P15 million ( about $385,000) and you  want to buy a house a few kms south of the Makati business district, in the Sucat/ Alabang area, e-mail me at  peter@sailing.org.ph and I will invite you to see my house for sale.

If you like it, I'll tell you how easy it is to own my house. There are very very few houses that meet the government standards for this type of transaction, but you will see that mine does.

Of course I know that you don't want to go on a wild goose chase. Especially because you can't believe what you are reading.
You don't even know who I am!

So, I'll show you that I'm not just pulling your leg.
The address is:
House #1 Corinthian Villas, J.Posadas Ave. , Sucat, Paranaque.
Go and visit it if you like and check out the gated community. Just mention my name and the guard will let you in.
The house iself is rented at the moment, but the lessee is usually there. He's German, and he is seriously considering buying it.
