district of the country, but it has also developed (or bought out) several
other notable projects. Most of the properties we broker are owned by us.

In Makati, The Flagship project is certainly Corinthian Plaza, an office condominium in Makati that is considered one of the best in the country. Tuscan Realty still manages CP, and as such we know better than anyone else the real score on what is happening in this building that never has vacancies for but a few days a year. The Mile Long Building, The Gallery, The Manila Polo Club Residences (residential) are properties we specialize in. In Manila, We have office space in Times Plaza, a new building connected to the Light Rail Transit (LRT). We also have commercial space available in "The Bodega Sale Center" a fireproof shopping warehouse in the heart of Divisoria. South of Manila, we are specialists in Corinthian Villas a unique residential subdivision in the Sucat/Alabang area where foreign nationals can own their very good quality own homes at low prices. Rentals run around P35t/ Mo. Sales at around 10-15M Westgrove Heights is a new Ayala development in the Santa Rosa area. We have purchased property there and we are interested in leasing out one of the residential lots we own. We believe that Santa Rosa will be the next Makati. In Batangas / Tagaytay area, we established the Taal Lake Yacht Club , a sailing club connected to an 8 hectare property we plan to develop.
